What is the Refund and Exchange Policy?
Tickets purchased online or in person at the theater may be exchanged or refunded ONLY in person at the theater and must be completed no later than 1 hour prior to the start time of the original tickets. After that time, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Concession items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Do tickets have to be purchased in advance?
No. Available tickets can be purchased in person or online at any time prior to the start time of the show.
Can I change seats once I am in the auditorium?
Guests are only allowed to occupy the specific reserved seat they purchased. If a guest would like to switch seats, a manager at the counter can switch the reserved seat to a different seat in the auditorium, as long as the seat has not already been reserved by another guest. If someone finds another guest has occupied their seat, they should ask a crew member to assist. Guests that refuse to sit in the seat they reserved will be asked to leave the facility without refund.
What is the Rated R Policy?
Guests under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a guardian that is at least 21 years old in the auditorium for the duration of the film. Guests that violate this policy or are found in an auditorium that they do not have a ticket for will be removed from the facility without refund. Staff reserve the right to ask for identification for proof of age at any time before or during the film. This policy applies to tickets purchased in person at the theater or online.
